Changes to bank account details can be made easily by authorised Zerodha account holders. Bank account information can be updated online by clients with residential accounts. It takes 24 to 48 hours for the customer’s Demat account to be mapped to their new primary bank account after they have successfully saved their modifications. Additionally, after updating the new bank account, the old one would become a secondary account. To change the bank account data, make sure that your Aadhar number and mobile number are connected. Customers whose phone number is not connected to their Aadhar account can change or update account details offline.
